The Product Configurator is used to generate requests for offers or purchase orders and integrates with the company's ERP systems for automated order management and with CRMs for collecting user data. Integration with different platforms happens through exposed APIs and standard communication protocols, optimizing workflows and minimizing inefficiencies.
