Product configurator
LAINOX
The Configurator is a web software procedure developed specifically for LAINOX. Its main function is to guide users (internal staff, distributors and resellers) through a series of successive steps to determine and enhance a list of standard or hypothetical products.
The Configurator enables professional and customised commercial offers to be generated: the software manages complex rules of compatibility and exclusion between the various products. Users can select the desired products, add accessories and options, and then obtain a detailed quotation.
Products of different brands, customer-associated price lists, grouping of products, options and accessories according to brand and country are also managed, all in constant dialogue with the company ERP (SAP) connected via WebService and/or automated file exchange at a predefined frequency.
Offers can be archived and all orders can be tracked in the Cloud.
