The main objective of the software developed by Topgraf is to optimise the management of the central drug warehouse, a crucial starting point for all hospital logistics. The software manages the entire process, from request and verification to certification, dispatch and delivery of drugs and para pharmaceuticals within the hospital. This tool ensures traceability of material flows, data integrity, and a Business Intelligence module for consumption analysis and stock management.
The solution implemented by Topgraf implements a continuous exchange of alignment with the hospital management system via web services.
During the acceptance of delivery notes, the staff checks the conformity and condition of the material received. Information on the delivery lots, including their expiry dates, is recorded via handheld devices or PCs. In addition, in the case of medicines with a risk rate or special storage requirements, notification procedures are activated, enabling staff to handle such products according to precise rules.
During the receipt of orders, the staff checks the quality and conformity of the material received and records the delivery note information via handheld devices or PCs to ensure perfect synchronisation between warehouses and hospital ERP.
